I have extensive experience with children, adolescents, adult individuals, parents, couples, and families, and am committed to helping you through a combination of methods including DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Trauma Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy, along with a wide array of interventions to help foster strengths, identify areas for growth, explore experiences and relationships, and manage feelings, emotions, and behaviors.
